Rusk Tray With Band Over Wire Strapping –One Bar Size (Small)- 187mm x 92mm x 57mmHt One Bar Size (Large)- 203mm x 101mm x 63mmHt Material used for strapping: G.I. 1.2mm thickness or Mild Steel (M.S.) 20mm x 3mm thick. Strapping support provided as top as well as bottom of the set. Extra protection for all 4 corners by means of G.I. Angles. M.S. support welded between top and bottom strapping for sets with significant height. Bottom protection provided in case of use in wood fired oven i.e. Frame type strapping. Strapping strip double folded and pressed on both edges to provided solid rigidity to the Bread mould set which gives strength against shock and accidental drops. Distance Clamps spot welded between boxes to support the inner edges of the box. If required C-Channel support in bottom strapping provided which further protects the bottom edges, and can also serve as a means to easy handling. Strapping in varying construction rigidity. Strapping construction and design can be done as per customers requirements as well. Non stick coating available.
